How do I get my winnings?

Can I Cancel or Change
my wager?
No.
No bet may be cancelled, changed, or modified by the bettor, in any way,
once it has been received and accepted by Diamond Sports International.
Players are solely responsible for their account transactions. Please
be sure to review your wagers for any mistake before sending them over
the computer.
Once a bet is placed
over the computer it cannot be changed. As this policy is strictly enforced,
please check all bets carefully!!!
When are the games
settled?
Wagers are settled as soon as we receive confirmation of the official
score or outcome after the conclusion of the event. It can take several
minutes to get confirmation of the official score. Events that are still
pending when the Wager Center closes will be settled by 10 am ET the following
morning. Note that during high-traffic peak times, wagers may take up
to one hour to be graded. All rules, regulations, and payoffs contained
herein are subject to change and revision by the management of DIAMOND
SPORTSBOOK INTERNATIONAL without prior notice.
First time applicants
to DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK INTERNATIONAL are eligible to receive a one-time
free bonus. Said free bonus, as to its amount and issuance, shall be subject
to the discretion of DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK INTERNATIONAL and shall be non-transferable
and non-refundable.
However, no customer
will be permitted to request payment of their account balance plus the
bonus unless they have had fulfilled the following:
Sportsbook or Casino
betting activity totaling at least 3 times amount of the initial deposit
plus the bonus. (For example, if one deposits $500, they must simply make
wagers totaling $1,500 before they can withdraw the $50 bonus). There
is no limit as to the size of the bonus.
Taxes
DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK INTERNATIONAL will not disclose details of an individual's
net winnings or losses. This is the responsibility of the individual and
if you reside in a jurisdiction where your winnings are taxable, you must
keep track of those winnings and report them to the proper authorities.
Age Restrictions
No one under the age of 18 years is permitted to wager at DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK
INTERNATIONAL. Our "Play For Fun" section is available for those
who are under the age of 18 or are in jurisdictions where Internet gaming
is illegal.
Discrepancies/Disputes
Check all bets carefully. Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed.
Account balances must be verified by the customer on each call or Internet
log-on prior to wagering. When you verify and accept your account balance
you agree that all previous transactions are correct and you do not have
any claims. Claims or disputes must be settled prior to making any further
wagers and within THREE days from the date of the wager. All phone calls
to DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK INTERNATIONAL will be recorded on tape. All Internet
transactions will be saved to a file and the file will be saved on a tape
back-up system. In all cases of dispute, both management and the customer
agree that the tape recording or file tape back-up shall serve as the
final authority in the dispute and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly.

Notwithstanding anything
in this agreement, in the event of any dispute regarding a wager or winnings,
the decision of DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK INTERNATIONAL will be final and binding
in all matters.
If a line or spread
is posted which is an obvious* mistake, the line or spread is void and
all wagers placed on this line or spread will have no action and all wagered
monies will be returned to the player(s) account(s).

Termination of Agreement
The agreement between DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK INTERNATIONAL and the user may
be terminated by the customer at the customer's request. Or if deemed
necessary DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to revoke
the agreement between the user and DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK INTERNATIONAL.
Password
You are solely responsible for the security of account numbers and your
password. Should you inadvertently let someone else know your password
you shall contact DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK INTERNATIONAL immediately and change
your password. Customers are responsible for any unauthorized use of their
account. In the event that a third party places a bet or is thought to
have placed a bet, said bet shall be valid, whether or not the alleged
third party had the prior consent or knowledge of the customer. Under
no circumstances will any bet be cancelled for that reason. In the event
that a customer suspects that a third party may have its password or account,
the customer may at anytime ask that DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK INTERNATIONAL
furnish the customer with a new password and account.
When choosing a password,
DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK INTERNATIONAL recommends you follows these guidelines:
Do not use lower case
letters.
Do use numbers and or symbols.
Do use a mix of upper and lower case letters.
Withdrawing Funds
Any amount withdrawn by the user shall be forwarded to the user immediately.
Funds can be withdrawn using wire transfer, credit card or check at any
time. A credit card transaction form is required on file for all incoming
transactions more than $500 and all payouts back to credit cards.
Confidentiality
DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK
INTERNATIONAL shall undertake to maintain your anonymity unless you agree
to your identity being used for future publicity or other purposes.
Liability of DIAMOND
SPORTSBOOK INTERNATIONAL
The decisions of DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK INTERNATIONAL management will be final
and binding in all matters between DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK INTERNATIONAL and
users. Laws regarding gaming vary throughout the world, and it is the
responsibility of users to ensure that they understand and comply fully
with any laws or regulations relevant to themselves in their own country.
All customers of the DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK INTERNATIONAL
games must be at least 18 years of age.
DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK
INTERNATIONAL does not undertake to notify users that they have outstanding
balances to collect. If an account is inactive for longer than 6 months,
the user will forfeit the outstanding balance. Any wager made by the customer
will be DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK INTERNATIONAL’s liability in respect
to any claim or loss. DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK INTERNATIONAL shall reserve the
right to suspend or withdraw any game at its absolute discretion.
All personal details
of all users will be held in confidence unless users agree to their identities
and details being used for future publicity purposes.
In the event of the cancellation of any game for any reason, DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK
INTERNATIONAL will not be liable. DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK INTERNATIONAL will
not be liable in the following scenarios:
- in the event of
force majerue
- the failure of DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK INTERNATIONAL's central computer system
or any part thereof
- for delays, losses, errors, or omissions resulting from failure of any
telecommunications or any other data transmission system
- for any loss as a result of any act of God
- for an outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism
- for the acts of Government or authority (including refusal or revocation
of any license or consent)
- for fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lockout,
or industrial action of any kind
DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK
INTERNATIONAL and the player shall not commit or purport to commit the
other to honor any obligation other than is specifically provided for
by these rules. DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK INTERNATIONAL accepts no liability
for any damages, which may be caused to the user by the interception or
misuse of any information transmitted over the Internet. These rules constitute
the entire agreement and understanding between DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK INTERNATIONAL
and the user. In the event of there being a discrepancy between the English
language version of these rules and any other language version the English
language version will be deemed to be correct.
Management reserves
the right to refuse or limit any wager.
Legality
DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK INTERNATIONAL games are played over the Internet which
reaches virtually every country in the world. Some of these jurisdictions
have not addressed the legality of Internet gaming, while some have specifically
made Internet gaming illegal. In practical terms, it is impossible for
DIAMOND SPORTSBOOK INTERNATIONAL to determine the state of the law in
every country, state, and province around the world on an ongoing basis.

that are disputed, shall be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction
in the country of Costa Rica. All contracts shall be interpreted in accordance
